Harvey Kalsi

I've worked with children for the last 25 years and opened Cherry Tree Nurseries in December 2007.

I have a great passion for working with children and their families and always strive to get the best outcomes for the children, their families and my team. I want the nursery to feel like a home away from home, while maintaining good learning and development opportunities for the children.

Nursery Manager

Casey Devoisey

I am Level 3 qualified and I am currently working towards my Level 5 qualification. I have been working in nurseries for 9 years.

I first started at Cherry Tree Nurseries as an apprentice, I have since work my way up through the roles to nursery manager. I love being part of the children's learning and development and seeing them reach their goals. I have experience in working with SEN children and supporting them in reaching their targets.

Monique Kenion

I have a BA (Hons) Early Childhood - A highly qualified and experienced Level 6 Practitioner. I am based in the Toddler and Preschool room.

Children to me, are the true heart of the world and to be apart of their growth and development is a privilege.

I love spending time with them. I enjoy supporting children from an early age to flourish and grow into the best version of themselves that they can be. I find children fascinating - I help them to learn and also enjoy learning from them. Every child is unique and gifted. My love, care and efforts will always be devoted to young minds.

Hi, my name is Maelys! I’m a Level 2 qualified nursery practitioner and will be working towards my Level 3 qualification. I am based in the Baby room and I am baby room leader.

I have a real passion for working with children and love being part of their learning and development journey. It’s so rewarding to know that I can have a positive impact on their growth, confidence, and happiness every day.

I have my Level 2 in food hygeine

I've worked in preparing food for around 25 years doing various roles in catering, I've always really enjoyed the fast pace of preparing food and enjoy serving it as food brings us all together. I look forward too cooking for you're children.

I am currently working towards my Level 3 qualification and I am based in the Baby room.

Nursery Area SENCO

Tina Kalsi

I am Level 6 qualified and have also achieved my Level 3 SENCO qualification. I have also recently acheived my Early Years Teacher Status.

I am passionate about supporting all children, especially those with SEND. I really enjoy carrying out the 1 to 1 activities with the children, working from their support plans. I strive to help them achieve their best outcomes. I enjoy being creative within the nursery settings and seeing all the creative work from the children.

I am Level 3 qualified and currently working towards my Level 3 SENCO qualification. I am based in the Big Babies room.

I am passionate about working with children and love watching them explore and grow. I enjoy being apart of their learning and watching them achieve their next steps.

I am Level 2 qualified and currently working towards my Level 3. I am based in the Preschool and Toddler room.

I have many years experience working in Early Years, I enjoy exploring with the children, especially messy play! I love helping children to acheive their goals and reaching their full potential.

I am Level 3 qualified and currently working towards my Level 5. I am based in the Big Babies room.

I am passionate about supporting childrens growth, development and wellbeing. I truly enjoy spending time with children as it brings me a sesne of purpose and fulfilment, allowing me to make a positive experience in their early years experiences.

I am Level 3 qualified and I am based in the Toddler and Preschool room.

I love supporting children and being a part of their very first learning experiences. In the Preschool room I enjoy helping the children prepare for big school with school readiness activities and working towards meeting their next steps!
